Your account

We store your email address, a protected password hash, account dates and session records to operate your account. Session cookies keep you signed in. We use security and request information to protect accounts and limit abuse.

Your artwork

Uploaded images are processed to prepare a cutter preview. The current studio processes images and generates files without saving a server-side artwork library. The Save design action keeps a draft in this browser’s local storage, including while you sign in; it stays there until replaced or your browser data is cleared. Do not upload sensitive personal information or artwork you are not entitled to use.

Payments

Stripe hosts checkout and billing management. We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status and payment-event references to manage access. Your card details are entered with Stripe and are not stored by Bake Buddy.

Service providers

We use Vercel for app hosting, Neon for account data, Cloudflare for domain services and Stripe for payments. Microsoft 365 handles support correspondence. Providers may process information in other countries under their service arrangements. Account data is hosted in the Sydney region where configured.

Your choices

You can cancel your subscription through Manage billing. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of your account data. Some billing, security or business records may need to be retained. We do not sell your personal information. This notice will be updated if the way the service handles data changes.
